Hello..I have a quick question my father was in the army but passed away in january of 01 so he didnt serve in Iraq..However he had a gi bill and nobody has used it and i really want to go back to school would i still be eligible to use it?

At the moment the transfer ability for the GI Bill is only possible when the service member reenlists for the privilege. However, there are programs for spouses and children of fallen service members. Speak with a VBA representative or go to http://www.gibill.va.gov.
